Refund policy

All artworks sold by Nazar Symotiuk Studio are original, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are accepted only in the rare event that an artwork is damaged during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of the damage, including the packaging.

If a return is approved due to shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Once the artwork is received and inspected, an appropriate resolution will be offered.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, interior fit, or change of mind.

Custom-made artworks and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, except in cases of damage during transit.
