Nazar Symotiuk Studio ships original artworks worldwide from Ukraine.

Processing Time

Each artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom commissions may require additional production time, which will be communicated individually.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping is handled by international postal or courier services with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the outer packaging

  • photos of the damaged area(s)

  • your order number

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping service to resolve the claim. A replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
