Most artworks are shipped within 3–7 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–14 days depending on your location.

Most of my wooden reliefs are ready to hang and do not require additional framing. If a specific piece requires special installation — it will be noted in the description.

Each artwork in my shop is a unique, handcrafted piece. For this reason, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges based on buyer’s change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please include:

• Clear photos of the outer packaging
  
• Photos of the damaged area(s) of the artwork
  
• Your order number and full name
  

Once verified, I will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

• If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect item, I will cover the return shipping costs.
  
• If the return request is due to buyer reasons (incorrect address provided, failure to pick up the parcel, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, I will work with the shipping carrier to open a claim.

Refunds or replacements will be provided once the carrier confirms the package as “lost.”

Custom Commissions

Custom-made artworks and commissioned pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances, except when damaged during delivery.
